This site collects only the information needed to respond, measure performance with permission and maintain service records.

Information you submit
Property address, name, email, telephone number and optional timing or property details are used to prepare and respond to the real estate inquiry you requested.
Storage and lead routing
Valid inquiries are saved in protected first-party website storage and assigned to bureau@yasenali.com. When a notification connection is active, a copy is also routed to that inbox. They may later be delivered to an authorized customer relationship platform such as Prospects Pro. Information is not sold or added to unrelated mailing lists.
Security and abuse prevention
To prevent automated or excessive submissions, the site temporarily stores a one-way hash derived from the visitor’s network address. The original network address is not stored in the lead record, and these short-lived abuse-prevention entries are removed after approximately 48 hours.
Measurement and advertising
Google Tag Manager and related measurement or advertising tags load only after you accept measurement. Form values—including address, name, email and phone—are never included in advertising events.
Google address search, reviews and Instagram
If enabled, Google Maps provides address suggestions and verified review content under the Google Maps terms and Google Privacy Policy. Public Instagram posts are requested server-side through Meta’s official API and shown without loading an embedded profile; opening a post takes you to Instagram and is then subject to Meta’s privacy practices.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, security, address search, analytics and lead-routing providers process only the information needed for their function. Inquiry records are normally deleted or anonymized after 24 months unless they became part of a transaction record or must be kept longer for legal, regulatory or dispute-resolution purposes.

You may continue without measurement and change that choice using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Contact bureau@yasenali.com to ask about information you submitted, subject to applicable identity verification and record-retention duties.
